This abstract surface reads like a city of light seen through rain-streaked glass, where vertical drips and scratched strata fracture the image into restless time. Electric greens flare against a nocturnal indigo ground, while ember-orange flecks pulse like residual heat—suggesting life persisting beneath noise, erosion, and speed. The composition’s dense grid of marks creates a suspended depth, as if memory and data are layered and partially erased, inviting the eye to assemble meaning from interruption. In that tension between shimmer and abrasion, the work becomes a meditation on perception itself: what we grasp is always filtered, and yet vividly alive.
