







Our third variant in Vermicelli is the Little Millet Vermicelli. One of the lightest millet, little millet or samai as its known is super healthy and light to eat.
High fibre content in Little millet digests slowly thereby releasing the sugars in the blood in a gradual manner. Hence it has a low glycemic index and is recommended for diabetics. It also contains good amount of magnesium that protects the heart health. Little millet is also a good source of phosphorus which, helps with fat metabolism, body tissue repair and energy production.
Nutty yogi's little millet vermicelli is a easy to prepare and tasty product that is full of nutrition and safe for a diabetic to consume.

Usage:
Soak the vermicelli in water for 5 minutes. Steam them in a steamer for 5-8 minutes or till soft. They are ready to use to make vermicelli upma or kheer.

Best before 3 months from the date of manufacturing.
