

Karnataka's own traditional recipe and Food Veda has made an effort to cook yellow moong dal payasam instantly. Cut, open the packet and mix it with 500ml water and set it on slow heat. Keep stirring for about 6 to 8 mins, it will be cooked, to this add 250 ml boiled milk and jaggery/sugar as per requirement and boil for 2 to 3 minute. Hot & aromatic traditional moong dal payasam is ready to serve. Adjust the consistency as per your preference with milk.
