Kundalini is often related with the divine feminine energy located at the base of the spine, or what is called the Muladhara chakra. The awakening of the Kundalini then often connotes the movement of energy, almost in a snake-like motion, from the base chakra upwards across the 7 chakras to the crown of the head, in the process creating experiences of physical pleasure and spiritual bliss for the person experiencing it. This work is about the practice of meditation that helps one journey inwards, to find a sense of equanimity, healing and an awakened sense of self.
