This work stages a quiet tension between earthbound weight and atmospheric release, as broad rust-brown strata press forward beneath a pale, washed horizon. Scratched, diagonal filaments cut across the surface like remembered routes or tenuous lines of communication, turning the landscape into a palimpsest where time, weather, and human presence are registered as abrasion rather than monument. The restrained palette and open negative space create a contemplative pause, while the clustered vertical marks at the edge read as distant structuresβfragile signals against an expanse that refuses certainty.
