A hand-woven dhurrie in grey chindi and jute β woven in round form, combining recycled fabric strips with natural jute fiber. Round dhurries are less common than rectangular: the circular weaving requires adjusting tension on the loom as the diameter expands. The grey chindi brings color and texture from salvaged cotton, while the jute adds structure and durability. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets. The mixed-material construction reads layered and textured. Suited to high-traffic areas or layered over larger floor covering. Recycled cotton and jute, flatweave.
