This work stages a luminous “void” at its center—an unclaimed sanctuary of light—surrounded by strata of ochre and rust that read like eroded geology, memory sediment, and time compacted into pigment. Cool, translucent blues slip over the warm ground like a migrating current, softening the mass while sharpening its edges into a threshold between interior contemplation and outer terrain. The taut white linear tracery—part constellation, part measured diagram—introduces a quiet rationality that attempts to map what remains essentially ungraspable, turning the image into a meditation on how we chart meaning amid weathered experience.
