Bhakta Hanuman

This is a beautifully coloured old Mysore School painting of ‘Bhakta (Devotee) Hanuman’. Lord Hanuman is known for his strength - as a protector of towns and villages, and a patron god of wrestling and acrobatics - but he is also famous for being an exemplary devotee of Lord Rama, as is characterised in this painting.
