A hand-woven jute dhurrie in pink and natural β woven in round form, combining dyed pink jute with undyed natural fiber. Round dhurries are less common than rectangular: the circular weaving requires adjusting tension on the loom as the diameter expands. Jute is a coarse, durable natural fiber suited to high-traffic areas, rougher to the touch than wool or cotton. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. The pink reads warm and saturated, the natural jute grounds it. Suited to layering over larger floor covering or defining zones. 100% jute, flatweave.
