This four-part abstraction stages a dialogue between saturation and silence: vast fields of turquoise and red act like emotional atmospheres, while sharp, scraped gestures cut through them as if memory were surfacing and receding. The composition’s quadrant structure reads like shifting viewpoints of the same internal event—each panel offering a different temperature of impact, from submerged calm to sudden flare. Flecks of white and raw, ochre-toned underpainting behave as luminous fractures, suggesting that clarity arrives not as a single revelation but as repeated, imperfect openings within turbulence.
