A field of layered blues unfolds like a nocturnal topography, where broad, decisive brushstrokes carve out planes of silence and movement at once. At the center, a fractured seam of white light—flecked with ember-like reds and earthy tones—reads as both a wound and a conduit, suggesting life persisting beneath a cold, enveloping atmosphere. The alternating dark and luminous facets create a rhythmic push-pull of depth, as if the landscape is seen through memory: partially submerged, partially revealed. In this tension between icy expanse and granular warmth, the work meditates on endurance—how presence gathers, disperses, and gathers again within vastness.
