



'Apreta' charcoal Varanasi silk brocade sari features a gold zari motif drawing from archival brocades. The brocade is woven using the elaborate Kadwa technique, where ach motif is woven individually utilizing an extra weft insertion, and the reverse of the textile reveals the absence of thread floats.
