A hand-woven wool dhurrie with geometric kilim bands in multicolor β the pattern built in horizontal registers across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are the practical workhorses of Indian floor covering: woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, easier to clean and move. The kilim construction layers geometric motifs β diamonds, stripes, chevrons β in a multicolor palette that reads graphic and contained. Woven in Bhadohi by carpet artisans of the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. The geometry is modular and repeating, suited to contemporary and traditional interiors alike. A flatweave with no pile, 100% wool.
