Bourbon Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar

The sweet and savoury aroma of maple syrup meets a hint of oaky barrel aged bourbon flavour. Superb on pork, brussel sprouts, sweet breakfast items, and grilled pineapple. A great add in to mustards or homemade BBQ sauce.

Everything you would expect from ripe Italian figs. Sweet, sour and jammy with delicate acidity. The fig purée creates the perfect nose and texture to complement any salad, marinade or cheese plate.

This extremely versatile flavour can go from vinaigrettes for simple salads to marinades for meats and vegetables, to homemade chutneys for cheese and salumi plates, to tangy dessert sauces drizzled over poached pears. 

You can practically taste the sweet, savoury, and herbaceous flavours of a delightful herb bouquet just by smelling this balsamic with aromas of rosemary, thyme, garlic, sage, and marjoram.

Its distinctive flavour and versatility make it ideal for a wide array of foods. Delicate fruity notes of pomegranate perfectly complement the Condimento Tradizionale base. Succulent, sweet and tart with a velvety rich mouthfeel that pairs beautifully with Persian Lime olive oil for basting roasted Brussels sprouts or with leafy greens. Excellent as a glaze for lamb, it also makes an incredible reduction that is delicious over salmon or when drizzled over fresh fruits.
