Nandi Vibuthi Box 2

Vibuthi is a sacred ash made of burnt dried wood, used in religious worship in Hinduism. This old box from North Karnataka used for storing vibuthi, portrays a nandi (cow) on the top of an intricately carved base, which is mounted on wheels.
