A solitary vertical column of layered bands rises like a quiet conduit between earth and atmosphere, its restrained palette of sand, slate, and sea-green suggesting time stacked into strata. Below, an embossed field of leaves forms a tactile veil, while the turquoise window and pale orb read as a guarded sanctuary—moon or seed—held within the geometry of contemplation. Light is not painted as illumination but as an inward pulse, slipping through seams and textures to imply that growth and memory persist beneath even the most measured order. The work meditates on passage: from surface to depth, from pattern to presence, and from silence to a softly insisted hope.
